Date Of Birth: November 14, 1962

Laura was first introduced to film audiences in her Golden Globe nominated role as Cynthia in the independent Steven Soderbergh film Sex, Lies and Videotape before starring alongside Julia Roberts as Kit Deluca in Pretty Woman. After the success of the spring 1990 film, Laura went on to star in the films Vital Signs, Once Around, Under Suspician, Quigley Down Under, Where The Day Takes You, and the made for television movie For Their Own Good. Laura's credits also include the Steven King mini-series The Stand and the independent films Nina Takes A Lover and With Friends Like These. Laura has also showed her talents on stage in such Broadway plays as Wrong Turn At Lungfish (where she worked along side Garry Marhsall for a second time) and Three Sisters.

Laura is best known now as Maya Gallo on the current hit NBC series Just Shoot Me.

Laura currently resisdes in Los Angeles with her husband, Matt Adler, and son Mason (from a previous marriage), born in 1996.
